Who will win at CINCINNATI: ALCARAZ or ZVEREV

No.2 seed Carlos Alcaraz and No.3 seed Alexander Zverev will fight for a place to play in the Championship match at the Cincinnati Open this year.

It was a topsy-turvy three-sets match win for the Spaniard against a fighting Andrey Rublev. Zverev on the other hand, finished his dual against Ben Shelton, the Canadian Open winner last week, in just over an hour losing only four games in the process. Quite impressive that was.

Alcaraz had reached this stage at Cincinnati for the second time after he lost in the year 2023 to Novak Djokovic in the title match which happened to be the longest 3-sets ATP 1000 final. Zverev will play in the semi-finals for the third successive year here. The German failed to make it to the finals on both occasions as he had lost to Djokovic in 2023 and Jannik Sinner in 2024, who went to win the Trophy then.

Will it be third time lucky for him, or will history be repeated with Carlos winning the title at Cincinnati for the first time in his career on Sunday.?

Incidentally, it is the first time after Miami last year that three of the Top 4 seeds has reached the last four in a Masters 1000 event.!

Good Luck to Jannik, Atmane, Carlos and Zverev👏👏
